She entered the Crossfit world almost seven years ago, and during this time, She has enjoyed this sport recreationally, as a competitive athlete, and now, as a part of her everyday lifestyle. What she has learned and values most about the sport of Crossfit is how applicable it is to all individuals at any stage of life and how universal the Crossfit community is. Whether it be to increase your overall fitness level, train to become a competitor, or recover from an injury, there is always a place for you and your goals within the Crossfit community. One can visit any Crossfit gym and see individuals of all ages working to achieve their goals alongside the most supportive athletes and friends. Crossfitters, at gyms near and far, always have a way of making you feel “at home”. It’s amazing to see people come together to do something that they love, Crossfit.

Throughout her experience in Crossfit, she has truly valued nothing more than her opportunity to grow as a coach and work with such motivating individuals. The most rewarding aspect of coaching is seeing the success of athletes and the self-confidence that Crossfit can help build. Being a coach allows you the incredible opportunity to get to know your members as athletes and friends by working closely with them to plan, set, and achieve their fitness goals. She is thankful for being able to join the individual journey of each athlete as they work to better themselves and improve their overall health and fitness.
